Glasgow Comedy Festival

Sue Perkins
Last week I was invited by Scotrail to the Glasgow International Comedy Festival to see Sue Perkins live on stage at the beautiful King’s Theatre. The comedienne is currently on a UK tour with her newly published auto-biography, Spectacles: A Memoir. An interesting show to say the least, especially with my theatre pals Catherine and Caspian along as fellow pun lovers. Read on to see what we thought…

If we were having coffee…

If we were having coffee, what would I tell you? Humour me as I download over a chai latte. Or a dark, rich mocha from one of my favourite Edinburgh coffee shops, Lovecrumbs. Thank you to Scottish blogger Eleanor Duffy for tagging me in this get-to-know-me post. Fifties Femmes

This semester at university I had to recreate Wonderland magazine with a 1950’s theme for the modern day. Together with my brilliant little team of fashion students I created a digital and printed copy of the publication styling, writing, editing directing and photographing all the content. Now that the project is finally over (phew!) I thought I’d share with you some of my favourite images we created during this project, featuring some fabulous fifties femmes. Let me know what you think!
